paired direct and indirect measures, the design used to test
for unconscious processing. Continuous indirect measures
(typically response times) are dichotomized with the
within-subject median split of Meyen et al. (2022)
&lt;doi:10.1037/xge0001065&gt; so that both tasks are placed on a
common sensitivity scale. The package estimates a binomial
probit mixed model in which the two sensitivities are
correlated random effects, and tests the three hypotheses of
interest: the group-level difference between sensitivities,
their latent correlation, and the latent regression of the
indirect on the direct measure, whose intercept is the test for
unconscious processing. Frequentist estimation uses 'lme4'.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/ricardoreysaez/actions/runs/37656440685</link><pubDate>Wed, 07 Oct 2026 10:44:11 GMT</pubDate><r:package>uSDT</r:package><r:version>0.1.0.9000</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://ricardoreysaez.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/ricardoreysaez/usdt</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>uSDT-tutorial.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>uSDT-tutorial.html</r:filename><r:title>Fitting a hierarchical SDT model</r:title><r:created>2026-09-08 07:34:09</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-10 10:28:51</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
